Terms and Conditions for Event Tickets

General Provisions
By purchasing a ticket for events organized by Fusion Dance Studios GmbH or Galactic Dance GmbH, you agree to these terms and conditions. This applies to all ticket sales, including those processed through third-party platforms such as go&dance.

Special Sales and Payment Plans
Occasionally, special sales allow ticket buyers to secure their participation with a 50% advance payment or in two installments. Tickets purchased under such payment plans remain the property of Fusion Dance Studios GmbH until the full payment is completed.

If the ticket is not paid in full by the agreed due date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket. Additional costs for reminders, collection fees, or legal proceedings may be charged to the buyer.

Payment Processing Fees
For credit card payments, a processing fee of 2.9% will be added to the total cost and is the responsibility of the buyer. This fee is charged by the payment provider and is non-refundable.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded in full, excluding any service fees charged by payment platforms.
• Buyer-Initiated Refunds: Refunds requested by the buyer must be authorized by the event organizer. Such requests should be submitted in writing directly to the organizer.

Third-Party Platforms
For tickets purchased via platforms like go&dance, refund requests must follow these steps:

1. Contact the event organizer directly to discuss your request.
2. Refunds will only be processed upon written authorization from the organizer.
3. The platform itself, such as go&dance, does not have the authority to process refunds without explicit approval.
4. Additional platform-specific guidelines may apply.

Transferability of Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the organizer. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Liability
The organizer is not liable for damages arising from delays, cancellations, or changes to event schedules caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations.

Privacy Policy
All personal data collected during the ticket purchasing process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are not stored and are processed securely through platforms such as WooPayments, PayPal, or TWINT Business.

Data may be stored for up to 90 days following the conclusion of the event for administrative purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the event is held.
